Description

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

The inventors have developed a method allowing the determination of the cancerous, metastatic cancerous or normal phenotype of cells, colorectal cells especially. This protocol is based on the unique property of metastatic colorectal cells to express long processes called filopodia that depend on the aggressiveness of cancer cells.
