Centre de Recherches sur les Très Basses Températures, a CNRS laboratory (UPR 5001) in Grenoble, France.
This instrument is designed for low temperature thermometry and temperature control down to 10mK, using a variety of sensors: RTD, capacitors and diodes.
It can measure up to eight sensors simultaneously and up to 32 resistive sensors with scanners.
It comes in the form for a main enclosure connected to a PC-type computer on witch is made all command and displayed all data.
Powerful software insures temperature calculation, auto tune PID, temperature control and programming, curve charts, measurement storage and communication through Ethernet.
This instrument is mainly used for cryogenic applications but it is interesting as an Ohmmeter when the excitation current through the resistor must be very low (from 20pA).
