Description
CONTEXT
It is known that compounds of following molecular structure in which A et B are heteroatoms and R is a substituent can be used for the synthesis of precursors of numerous natural products having properties of great interest, in particular in the pharmaceutical field, especially for the synthesis of alkaloids of marin origin, of azugar derivatives and of analogs of these products.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
This invention provides a process for the production of these 5 membered heterocycles comprising two heteroatoms which are substituted, simple, cheap and with good yield, by opening biheterocycles of following structures.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS
– Rapid synthesis of natural precursors , for example of alkaloids of marine origin, such as hymenidin, chlathrodin and oroidin;
– New synthetic route for biogenetic precursors of products having therapeutic properties of great interest, in particular exhibiting immunosuppressant, antitumoral, antimicrobial and antiviral activities or also anticraving activity.
