Description
CONTEXT
The invention relates to compounds which are quinolinone derivatives capable of modulating the activity, in particular of including the differentiation, of stem and progenitor cells, these compounds are of use in the treatment of disorders related to stem to a stem differentiation defect; the invention also relates to novel compounds among these quinolinone derivatives and to pharmaceutical compositions containing the same.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
GSA-10 and related molecules stimulate a novel conformational form of Smo call SmoGSA-10 which is not targered to the primary cilium, does not increase the transcription of Hh target genes such as Gli1 and Ptc.
