TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The subject of the invention is to construct a human scFv library, based on a single framework, optimized for intracellular expression and displayed on filamentous phage.
This invention gives the principles to create a large fully human synthetic scFv library optimized for intrabody selection.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS
This invention enables to produce a large specific intrabodies characterized by their high stability. It is produced in an expression system making easy their extraction.
These intrabodies have immense potential in the process of drug development and may ultimately become therapeutic entities in their own right.
